Nordstream segment

Why did you not show any clips of Biden as well as other high ranking officials clearly stating "we will put an end to Nordstream"? You do not even need to say that the U.S. did it yourself. Just supply your viewers with the pertinent information. Merry Christmas. Regards.

Raffle for phone conversation - potential revenue generator

Hi Saagar and Krystal, (See what I did there? :D) I've asked several questions for AMA, and none have ever been selected. And in all honesty, with the amount of questions asked, and the changing criteria that they seem to be picked, it looks like none of my questions will ever be answered. Between this and the high improbability that I would ever be able to make a live show, just keeps me deflated. I'm sure other listeners have the same thoughts. So what do you guys think about a raffle drawing for a quick 10 minute phone conversation. I might stand a better chance of getting to pick your brains. It could also be an additional revenue avenue for the Breaking Points empire. Sleep on it. :D Thanks, Frankie

Will Breaking Points Unionize?

Krystal and Saagar I’ve written before about the prospects of Breaking Points becoming a cooperative union. I received in my inbox this morning that your good friend David Sirota’s company the Lever, just unionized: "The Lever’s staff recently unanimously voted to unionize, and management agreed to voluntarily recognize the independent Lever Union. The Leverbargaining unit includes seven employees in the editorial, production, and marketing departments." I believe the Lever became a business after Breaking Points and has only a few more staff than you. So if becoming a cooperative doesn't fit your model, will Breaking Points at least walk its talk and unionize? Hoping you’ll do the right thing, James

Weapons Test Against Near Peer

Why is nobody talking about the fact that Ukraine is simply a weapons test for American technology against a near peer? For 20 years our tech has been deployed against tribal warriors, but not a true nation state with a sophisticated military (Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria). But with the Russian invasion, we had a chance to see how it works for real. Turns out, pretty damned good. So good, in fact, that a state with a militia defeated a nation state handily (and continue to do so). And then there is Taiwan. They are not provoking the Chinese with visits to the island. They are daring them. “See what our prior gen tech is doing in Ukraine?”
