How do we actually change things?

It seems every election cycle, we get a glimmer of hope with actually having a president that will really change things, only to be stuck with crappy or crappier. Congress continues to be useless decade after decade. Monied interests continue to have a stranglehold on Congress. Biden is backing off some key promises. When will it actually ever change? How does it change?

Do you think that there will be more of an appetite in republican primaries for a populist republican in the next 6-8 years than there is now? It still seems like deficit hawkery branded with a pro worker message is the main idealology for most elected officials.

Part of what gave Rising credibility other than The Hill's backing was that you were able to get major players within the parties on your program, if only to tell their lies. Do you feel that without the Hill's backing, you will be essentially blacklisted? And if that happens, what steps can you take to ensure all viewpoints are expressed and analyzed?
