Being Intentionally racist
Have the forced diversity and Inclusion Trainings by corporations (most of which have no issues getting cheap overworked labour in China) become intentionally Racist in nature? A lot of employees (often white) are made to feel that any of their actions are signs of racism. I'm a non-white and I often feel sympathetic towards what these people would be feeling in these training. Lori Lightfoot (mayor of Chicago) recently declared that she will only be taking questions from non-white journalist. Are we pushing ourselves in a place where we are trying to solve racism by being racists?

Have you done any professional analysis of your fan base? It may surprise you! I ask this as an Elder Statesman, who thinks that there is a large number of our citizens who are looking for answers, believe that our County is in very serious trouble, has leaders who have let us down tragically over the last 50 years and Corporate media organizations who add very little value to our analysis.
