2 CORONA Q's (sry)

At this page: https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/ I see there is no "Tot Deaths / Cases" info. This is not morbid curiosity: It may show light on a few things: (A) It would likely be a strong correlate of that nation's health care quality or infrastructure, which is important information, & (B) It might point to local genetic variants of interest -- both re virulence but also re natural resistance among some sub-groups, also useful. Any way you might get ahold of this deaths-per-infections-per-region data &/or summarize anything interesting there? Btw I see in the same chart that Peru has a unique susceptibility to deaths compared to the rest of the world. Anything there, too, that indicates a deeper story, politically or otherwise?

Did you know that Obama is cutting down nearly 1,000 mature, legacy trees in Jackson Park, Chicago, to build his Obama Presidential Center?

1. Did you know about this? Amazingly, many people outside of Chicago do not. 2. Would you like to comment on the hypocrisy of a president who advocated to protect the environment but is engaging in deforestation in a big way in his home neighborhood of Hyde Park, Chicago? According to the Bartlett Tree Report, commissioned by the Obama Foundation to survey the trees the OPC is cutting down, the "Environmental services [of the trees] were estimated with results indicating that the trees are estimated to store 203.8 tons of carbon, sequester 5.8 tons of carbon per year and remove 341.5 pounds of air pollution per year." Losing nearly 1000 mature trees that support better air quality is not a good thing in Chicago, where asthma incidence in Southside children is nearly 1 in 8, and higher than the national average. Unresponsive government

Do you think there's anything normal people can do to take back control of our government or are we doomed to continue sliding towards societal failure and oligarchy? It's pretty clear that the US Government doesn't respond to the needs of most of the people, instead prioritizing the interests of major powerful interest groups. Wealth inequality is at the highest level ever, wages-to-cost-of-living are decreasing, and attempts at reforming the system (Sanders/Trump grassroots campaigns, protest movements, etc.) have all either failed or been co-opted by the system. Love the show

ANTIFA coverage

Why haven’t you covered the ongoing violence by ANTIFA in Portland. Or even do a segment on why you won’t or haven’t yet covered it. This violence has been going on for years now. Andy Ngo has been the only person I’ve seen covering this, but his reputation is smeared. Are they true or lies? What is the truth regarding ANTIFA?

Why the disconnect regarding corruption?

You two do a fabulous job of showing how corrupt our government is. But you also favor big, new government social programs. Why the disconnect? Can you even see it? I would love to know how you don't melt down from cognitive dissonance.
