Is Abortion a Working Class Issue?

I abortion a working class issues? Saagar said he didn't "have a dog in the fight" when briefly commenting on the new Texas abortion law that effectively deputizes private citizens to rat out women seeking abortions. I want to know if you, Saagar, really can't see the working class angle of a 6 week deadline for terminating an unwanted pregnancy? It was sadly hilarious sad watching Saagar and Marshall trying and failing to even cover the basics of the Texas law. This is how you cover the law: https://therealnews.com/the-texas-abortion-ban-is-even-more-extreme-than-you-think

Big Government VS Big Business, Who decides your healthcare choices now GOP?

For decades, the GOP mantra on healthcare has been that people's healthcare decisions should not be made by "Big Government"; but now those same Republicans are facing vaccine mandates from their employers, or face losing jobs, potentially pension, and healthcare benefits as well if they don't submit to the healthcare demands of their employers, in regards to Vaccines in this case. My question is: How's that working out for you GOP voters?

Biden’s approval rating

Hey guys. In light of Biden’s sinking approval rating, there has understandably been a lot attention on Afghanistan, COVID trends, and the lagging economy as the key drivers. Curious to hear your thoughts on the role expiring COVID relief measures and the eviction crisis is playing in Biden’s latest approval numbers, and how that issue will play out as we near 2022. Thanks. Love the show.

Should there be a revolution in America?

I am Canadian, but for some reason I really enjoy and am interested in American politics. I really don't see how you can fix your democracy, which I don't believe you have one any more, unless there is something dramatic - like a civil war or revolution. The elite have won and from up north here it looks pretty grim. What happens there, will just filter up this way. Your elite class and political class have no empathy or interest in the average person, and your middle class is shrinking by the minute. What would you suggest people do? Is it too late?

MAKE IT IN THE USA......but not in my backyard please.

On 8/31 Saagar had a great piece on semi conductors and the need to protect critical infrastructure...and in typical fashion everyone in the ether "nods their heads" in approval. However, once you dig a little deeper or work in the mining industry (disclosure) you begin to see that most Americans especially white collar college educated suburbanites don't want the quarry, the mine, the smelter, or the steel mill any where close to their neighborhood and they will pitch a fit to keep it out. This point leads me to my question. How can we convince the "wine moms" and 20 something liberal art majors that we need to ease regulations and cut back bureaucratic red tape when it comes to developing critical infrastructure and critical minerals. If they want break our dependence China. Thanks-Adam
