Hi Krystal, Hi Sagar, I’d like to start off by the saying that I know both of you are not realtors or housing market speculators, but just hear me out. I’m a 32-year-old social worker in New Jersey, deeply invested in the housing affordability crisis that impacts our community. While recognizing that the low housing stock contributes to the challenge, the primary concern remains how the skyrocketing cost of living and the historical significance of homeownership as a wealth predictor affect millennials’ ability to purchase homes. Given these complex issues, what actionable steps (via policymakers) or policies could support millennials in navigating the path to homeownership in New Jersey’s (or any state’s) current economic landscape?

Saager & Krystal, I would love to hear your take(s) on how the polls in Ohio got it wrong, expected a close race between Dolan and Moreno and Moreno winning so big. Is this an Ohio thing or something different? The local Plain Dealer editor Chris Quinn posits the rise in mobile phones vs landlines reduces poll reliability.
Is it possible to get all of the videos that aren't listed in a show in our premium feed?
It seems that, as of late, things that are "breaking news" aren't appearing in our feed and we have to go onto YouTube to find them. Say Candace Owens out at the Daily Wire or the US Ceasefire Resolution gets vetoed by China and Russia videos released on 3/23/24. Would it be possible to get them in the premium feed and/or emailed them when they get released?
What is Robert F Kennedy’s problem?
I am a big fan of RFK, but I don’t understand why he isn’t being supported by more people. I know Breaking Points said he is pro Israel. Is that fully true? Didn’t he advocate for a ceasefire and diplomatic resolution? I’m really interested in criticisms against RFK. I feel he could be a better leader if he responded better to the security issue that the administration is causing him with secret service, but I am interested in any object analysis against him.
Have A Guest Who Has An Opposing Opinion on the Israel/Gaza War?
I've been a long time fan since the inception of 'Breaking Points.' I love you guys, and it's refreshing to have another 'go to source' for news. On top of that, I'm part of the Breaking Points older crowd (I'm 51) and just recently became a premium member in December. Us older folks are out here. It's just some of us aren't as vocal on social media or the internet in general. Back to my question. Is it possible for you guys to interview someone like Douglas Murray or Sam Harris who have differing views on the Israeli conflict? It doesn't have to be one of those two, but it would be interesting to see an interview of an individual or individuals who're strongly an advocate of the war and put their feet to the fire on your show.
