Commercial Real Estate Values Crash

Hi Krystal, Why don't you connect 1) the crash in commercial real estate values to 2) the practice of lenders inflating historical profits to inflate CRE values in CMBS loan sales, so that lender can make a larger loan and more profits when they sell the loan? Its straightforward... Remember your story about a CMBS whistleblower in a ProPublica article? (me:)) and an Intercept story -CRE values fall much further when they were inflated in the first place; -the practice puts upward pressure on rents because rents are increased to make larger debt payments and real profits, causing a lot of the multifamily upward rent pressure, despite poor wages and economies; -the practice affects all CRE not just CMBS CRE, because CMBS competes with all banks and non banks as a CRE debt source

Krystal, you recently covered the song "Boycott Target" by Forgiato Blow in your monologue. I was wondering if either of you have listened to MAGA rap and had any thoughts on it. Also wondering if you knew that the same "MAGA Rapper" Forgiato Blow actually sampled / dissed you guys in a song a while ago called "Biden Crime Family" because you guys said you wouldn't talk about Hunter Biden's drug issues. Maybe you guys can write a Breaking Points rap response, With Saagar's portion shot from the bench press.
