CIA Podcast : "The Langley Files"

Hello Breaking Points - Have you listened to newly released OFFICIAL CIA PODCAST called "The Langley Files"? The current CIA director was their first guest, what's your thought on this? Is this basically another psyop from CIA?

Is there proof that the FBI is interfering with democracy?

There is no proof that votes were tampered with in the 2020 election. However, Joe Rogan had Zuckerberg on a month ago and admitted that the FBI asked Facebook to censor essential topics in the last election. Do you think this counts as the FBI interfering with the 2020 election? If so, isn't this really the actual threat to democracy?

Attempt to Throw Out Ballot Initiative

Are you aware of Camden County Georgia Board of Commissioners attempting to throw out the results of an election that stops them from buying a contaminated site to build a spaceport?

Covering City Planning Topics

I’m a city planner and I’ve noticed that many of my friends - who work in different fields - get really animated when discussing city planning issues. At the end of the day, most people care about things like housing supply, convenient transportation options, and “neighborhood feel.” However, they often don’t know about the underlying systems - like zoning policies - that determine how our cities look and function. One silver lining from the pandemic is that politicians and residents alike are reimagining their ‘built environments’ (e.g. creating restaurant parklets, pedestrian-only streets, etc.). Would would be interested in exploring these kinds of topics and trends on the show? I appreciate you both and wish you continued success!

"Partisan" Supreme Court?

I noticed the last few times on the pod that Krystal without exception refers to the current makeup of the Supreme Court as "partisan". I guess my question is, what specifically has the court done to earn this descriptor? And, how does Krystal differentiate between a "partisan" judge and simply one who simply differs on first principles? For example, Though I disagree with Justice Sotomayor on her first principles (as self-described once to the American Constitutional Society back in June of 2022) I don't consider her "partisan" per se, because you can see the thread from her first principles to her SC arguments. Is KB willing to grant the same charaties for those whos first principles differ from her own?
