Military Health Care Cost and Ukraine

Does data on military spending for Ukraine per country include healthcare costs? Do European countries provide healthcare to service members through their national healthcare systems? Since US service members healthcare is provided directly through the military would that cost be included in spending figures?

What's going on with gas prices, and why is nobody talking about it?

Hey, all. I'm just curious what is up with gas prices, at least in California. They have shot up more than a dollar in the last two weeks. Arco and Costco (normally the two cheapest sources around here) are in the mid-$5 range now, and everywhere else is over $6! Is this a national problem, or just a California problem? Nobody is talking about this, not even the financial news that I follow. What gives?
