This one is for both Krystal and Saagar, what do y'all think about the involvement of NGOs like Ark Salus in Afganistan? Their mission seems straightforward and logical enough, but is fighting back worth the risk when the Taliban are as powerful and popular as they are in Afghanistan?
Single Payer Health Care Bill in the State of California
We know that the State of California is the most progressive State in the Country when voters overwhelmingly voted for Bernie over Biden in the primary. Do you see the path forward for passing a single payer system (Medicare for All) by having a State transition to a Single Payer System and being a model for success for the rest of the Country? 1/3 of Californians is on medical (which is Medicaid) and the new system would only need to cover 3 million uninsured. The president himself doesn't necessarily have to support single-payer on a national level to allow states to move forward. I also think progressive's needs to do a better job at messaging and should point to Koreas success as a single payer system and not Canada.

First, thank you so much for doing what you are doing - I feel like I'm taking crazy pills when I read regurgitated sound bites from MSM. While I don't always agree with everything y'all say (which isn't much), I am 100% behind your method of seeking truth and respectful discussion. Second, I would LOVE for the two of you to chat with Russell Brand sometime about the power of media and global government influence in general, or anything really. While he is often dismissed as a randy ole chap, he has a lot of deep insights into a lot of the world happenings, but I think he would relish an intelligent and respectful discussion. He would definitely appreciate the way Breaking Points approaches news (with honesty and information based). Finally, ever think about taking Breaking Points on the road once COVID clears up? Like a Town Hall style?
Migration of Premium service to Spotify
Good day, I’ll preface by saying I did a 5 second cursory google search, so I could very well be in error. Is your premium membership service going to be made available for listening / watching on Spotify? It appeared not to be listed; perhaps the software hasn’t caught up to that level of viewer interaction yet. Andrew Schultz made an interesting point on the JRE not long ago. Since Rogan migrated, Spotify seems to be growing as the place to go for podcasts. Might be a QOL / viable business decision to consider for your premium members. Love the show, really glad you guys are taking the time to do what I don’t have time to do, and I wish you great success.
