Would a Breaking Points Book Club be a popular idea?

You guys have regularly interviewed authors of amazing books which provide anti-establishment perspectives on major issues affecting ordinary people - ranging from geopolitics and post-global capitalism to the rise of woke media, tech addiction, the struggles of organised labor and the crisis affecting boys and men, to name just a few. It's great that you give these authors exposure they don't get from the MSM, but what about going a giant step further and launching a Breaking Points Book Club, maybe via a Bezos-free affiliate like BetterWorldBooks or Bookshop.org? Maybe you could invite some of your BP partners or even regular subscribers to write up short book reviews, to post on a BP Book Club website. If you do this right, I think it could have a lot of benefits, besides generating revenue. I'm sure many BP supporters would love the idea, especially if premium subscribers could get a discount. Authors you're looking to invite onto the show would surely love it too! Above all, there is nothing the establishment fears more than a well-informed and therefore, justifiably angry general public, who know exactly how to argue against them.

Second Term Always Leads to Globalism

Even though there's been some regulatory policies that the Biden administration has pushed through that's helped right the ship for the Middle Class, it seems every second term of a President is their "Lame Duck" phase when they attempt to push through labor-devastating trade policies such as NAFTA or TPP, when their reign can't be contested in future elections. Does this historical trend, in addition to Biden's age, make a better argument for a more vigorously contested Democratic primary for the 2024 Election?

Concerns about the RESTRICT Act (Ban TikTok bill)

I’m very concerned no major outlets are ringing the alarm bells about this RESTRICT Act that will most certainly pass with bipartisan support. The bill gives extremely broad powers to the Dept. of Commerce to police/ban any “internet communication technology” (ICT) deemed foreign security threat with no oversight. Forget TikTok (I don’t oppose it’s ban), this bill goes so much further. For example, I think this bill gives the executive enough power to ban commercial VPNs or other types of privacy tools with servers located in other countries as long as they’re deemed a foreign security threat. The only limits are that product must have 1 million users/units sold in the US. Here’s an amazing Substack article explaining this bill better than I can: https://interconnect.substack.com/p/restrict-china

Relaxation routines?

Long time listener first time caller, I have a question for you both. With how stressful and mind boggling it can be to cover politics and world events. Do you have a routine or process that you use to relax and unwind from the day?
