New Political Party

Hey Breaking Points. I agree that the new Forward Party is nothing to be excited about. But how about a party that supports: 1. Term limits 2. Voter ID (85% approval according to polling) 3. Support the police while holding bad officers accountable. 4. Deglobalization so we can get away from China and the Middle East and create jobs here, while stop being the world's policemen so we can cut defense 5. School Choice (again 85% of those in poor areas support this) 6. Stand up to Cancel Culture (Which is really Mccathyism)

Climate change

Krystal and Saagar, I’ve been meaning to write you for a very long time. I’ve watched you since the days on Rising and immediately signed up for Breaking Points. When I saw that first show, my initial reaction was that you were broadcasting from a basement rec room, even though you said you were in a studio. My impression was heightened by the old yard sign brought in to put the logo on. Snide comments aside, I do love the show though I am sometimes perplexed by Saagar’s take on being conservative, and wish Krystal were a little farther left. My only complaint – and the only reason I would ever stop supporting the show – is the serious lack of reporting on the climate crisis. I realize it’s not as sexy as DC scandals and shenanigans on Wall Street, but it is the most important story out there. If awareness of what’s happening isn’t raised so that politicians are forced to do something, then the rest of stories won’t matter because our social structure will have collapsed. I think there ideally should be a short climate-related story each day, but minimally a weekly segment devoted to the subect, perhaps turning a final part of the show over to people like Derrick Jensen (Bright Green Lies), Elizabeth Kolbert (The Sixth Extinction), Dahr Jamal (The End of Ice), Paul Hawken (Drawdown), Andreas Malm (How to Blow up a Pipeline) and hundreds more who can speak with intelligence and passion about what’s needed to save our planet. Please can you consider this change? Good luck with all you undertake. Uriel Andros

Checking out ❤️

Always loving your content. But feeling like the news is never positive because we’re in crazy times. So Im going to check out for a while and for the midterms. Also YouTube community polls are nice but if you’re not mentioning your results regularly in your segments it seems pointless. Keep doing what you do, lots of love! ❤️

Did Biden actually not want Pelosi to go?

In reference to Pelosi’s trip to Taiwan, there has been some question, especially from Krystal, if the public image they’re presenting actually matches the administrations desires. Although you’ve raised points about him not calling her and asking her not to go, doesn’t it seem like the most elegant and obvious answer to this question is the fact that she used military airlift to get to Taiwan. Unless I’m mistaken, he could have just forced her to fly commercial if she really wanted to go. The image of her getting off a United aircraft v military would seemingly also change the Chinese perception of the visit while also allowing the administration to say, “she can do what she wants.” Am I the only one thinking this?

What’s your favorite idiom?

Krystal and Saagar what’s your favorite idiom or phrase (throw the baby out with the bath water, take the bloom off the rose, etc.) that you use on the show? I noticed you both go through phases where certain ones are used more often. Curious which one you think is the most useful and if you catch yourself using certain ones too often because you cover similar stories and situations a lot. Not trying to call y’all out for being repetitive. I personally love learning new phrases and descriptors
